First of all, welcome to my blog…I’m glad that you are here!
My name is Sarah. I’m 24, married to my best friend and husband James, and overall enjoying life. I love to write, and I have a passion to share my words with others–hence the blog:)
My hope is that this blog will be inspirational to you in some way. I know I am young, and may not have gone through too much in this life, but I believe we are never to young or inexperienced to share the things God places on our hearts.
For awhile now I’ve felt that God was preparing me for something big. Something impacting, inspirational, and life changing. I’ve always felt called to write, but often times I become to distracted with my own general business to actually sit down and do it. You see, as much as I love to write, I am not a patient person (anyone who knows me can verify this)–and the real kicker here is that all good writing requires patience. So, when I started feeling God prompting me to write, I wasn’t really sure where to start. I kept objecting in my mind, trying to justify my ‘business’ and claiming that I would start working on something tomorrow. Or next weekend. Or next month.
Finally, when I felt I couldn’t put off God’s promptings any longer (if you have ever felt called to do something that you don’t really feel like doing, but know that you should, you know what I mean), I decided to roll with a blog and [RE]volution YOU was born. I prayed about what to name this little piece of the blogosphere, and felt God telling me that [RE]volution YOU was the way to go. Honestly, it makes sense. My hope is that as I share the things God has placed on my heart, your life will be changed. [RE]inspired. [RE]made. [RE]volutionized. What have you. I believe that each and every one of us has a unique purpose, and that God has a special plan for each of our lives. When we discover this purpose and follow God’s plan for our lives, we will feel truly fulfilled in life. That’s how I feel when I write–because I know it’s what I am called to do. And when we are obedient to what God tells us to do, and our gifts and talents to glorify him, amazing things can happen my friends.
So, sit back, read, share, ask questions, enjoy–because you have been [RE]made in the image of God. It’s time to start living life to the fullest, according to God’s perfect and wonderful plan for YOU and your LIFE. Explore, imagine, and prepare to be [RE]inspired to live a life full of passion and purpose.
